Well, that's not satisfying in any case, but the choice is yours.
If you have a free plan, and you have 0 $WSI in your wallet, the application requests you to top up your wallet with a few $WSI. As soon as you have more than 0 $WSI (could be 0.0001 $WSI) you will be able to log in again, and you'll find your account with all settings and content connected to this wallet address.
If you have a subscription, and we cannot deduct from your autopayment on the date of renewal, we will retry the next day. If you still were unable to adjust the site spending gap, another try will be made.

After 3 attempts, will lock or downgrade your account to the Web3 free plan, but we differentiated between two situations:
- You account consume more storage than available in the free plan:
In this case, your account gets locked, and you can use the services with public limitations (see this article for more information). You can log in back as far as you have $WSI in your Wallet and go to "My Account" then click on upgrade in the current plan section to upgrade your account to the previous one (either basic, pro or business). After 60 Days of inactivity, we will reset your File Management and you will still have a Web3 free plan.
- You account consume less storage than available in the free plan:
In this case, we will downgrade your subscription to the Web3 Free plan directly. You will have access to basic features and 500MB of File Management storage. Your contacts and profile settings are still available. Branding service or other paid add-ons will be removed from your account.
